The Philanthropic Family

I just started a new blog called "The Philanthropic Family" and I'm hoping to reach a bunch of mom's groups, who can contribute ideas and comments and help make it successful. The idea is to provide resources and ideas and inspiration for those who want to raise charitable children. How do I reach Mom's groups? Worth starting my own Mom's group for others like me in Chicago? I'm moving to Chicago this summer. Thoughts welcome...
